We are proud to support a variety of clients, and accept referrals based on their fit for our therapy knowledge and experience. We can support adult & pediatric care needs for any seating, home modifications, or assistive technology needs.
We also offer comprehensive NDIS assessments including Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). At Your Convenience
At Weave, we bring our mobile clinic directly to you. Our Occupational Therapy (OT) assessments are typically conducted in the comfort of your home, allowing us to evaluate your needs in your own environment. Additionally, we offer therapy sessions in various community settings to ensure your goals are met across all aspects of your daily life.
We also have a conveniently located clinic room in Mildura at 228 Deakin Avenue, where you can schedule appointments if you prefer.
