Weave is a small scale, local provider offering Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services to Mildura and the region. Chris Simms (Occupational Therapist) is accompanied by James Selby (Physiotherapist) as principal clinicians who are dedicated to helping clients reach their goals through a comprehensive and professional approach.
Weave’s mission is to set the standard in the field by combining professionalism with a warm, engaging approach tailored to each individual’s needs. As a small practice led by experienced clinicians, we pride ourselves on integrating the latest products and evidence-based practices into our care. This ensures our clients receive the most effective and up-to-date therapies available. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment, empowering goal attainment, and maintain a continued focus on ensuring the best possible client outcomes.

We also offer comprehensive NDIS assessments including Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). At Your Convenience
At Weave, we bring our mobile clinic directly to you. Both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy assessments are typically conducted in the comfort of your home, allowing us to evaluate your needs in your own environment. Additionally, we offer therapy sessions in various community settings to ensure your goals are met across all aspects of your daily life.
We also have a conveniently located clinic room in Mildura at 228 Deakin Avenue, where you can schedule appointments if you prefer.
