Occupational Therapy Sessions

Our Occupational Therapy sessions typically last a minimum of 1 hour, with 45 minutes dedicated to face-to-face interaction and the remaining 15 minutes allocated for necessary medico-legal documentation and task finalization. Weave Allied Health strives to keep healthcare services accessible and affordable, with our fees reflecting the costs and overheads involved in providing quality care, including non-billable preparation time.

Pricing Information

Weave Allied Health proudly supports clients through various governmental funding schemes, including NDIS, TAC, and DVA. We adhere to the pricing guidelines set by each respective funding body, which also cover associated travel costs. Medicare

Medicare-funded occupational therapy services at Weave Allied Health require a referral from an eligible medical practitioner (GP), typically as part of a Chronic Disease Management Plan. Eligible clients can receive up to 5 partially funded sessions per calendar year. To access this service your GP must submit a referral, which can be completed here. Private Health Insurance

Our Occupational Therapy services may be covered by private health insurers. Please liaise directly with your insurance provider to determine if our services are eligible for claims.

Payment of Services

At Weave Allied Health, we prioritize digital payment methods for your convenience and security. Currently we are unable to accept cash payments. Our preferred payment method is invoicing, but we also offer the option to pay via credit or debit card.
